A Website Of My Own

There is an idea that has been on my mind for a while now — something I’ve wanted to do for myself.

If you know me, or you’re trying to get to know me through my socials or this website, you’ll know that I’m trying to build a life of my own. And part of that has been this idea of having a website I can call my own.

A laptop, an iced coffee, my notebook of ideas and a few hours spent building this site.

Most of this website came together in moments like this — sitting somewhere with my laptop open, moving things around, rewriting sentences and slowly figuring out what I want this space to become.

To be honest, I still haven’t figured it all out. But I’ll keep doing this and giving it the time it needs.

Hopefully, a few years from now, I’ll look back and say all that time was well spent. Not because it became super successful, but simply because I did it.

There is something satisfying about giving your full attention to something of your own.

Nothing particularly extraordinary happened that afternoon.

But I left having made something that didn’t exist when I arrived.
